From the moment we stepped out of our taxi to the day we left the staff could not do enough for us! They were very kind, helpful and gracious l The hotel is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable with the best pillows. Breakfast selection was really great. Don't miss the hotel's top floor terrace with it's gorgeous infiniti pool and views overlooking Barcelona. Location is great, just around the corner is the magnificent Cathedral of Barcelona. We truly hated to leave but we will return, there is so much to see and do in beautiful Barcelona and Grand Hotel Central is the perfect place to stay.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, we had the bigger room based on a corner with lots of windows, the shower was the best we have ever had, no pressure problems or temperature fluctuations, The roof top bar was lovely to sit and look out over the city and the food was lovely. The staff all over the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is situated just behind the Cathedral and a few minutes walk to La Rambla, a perfect location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Little details like a coffee offered while we waited for our room to be ready were lovely (we were early for check in but they worked hard to get us into our room.sooner than planned.) the terrace was amazing and the reservations for sunbeds was brilliant so no one hogged them all day. Great location and everything super new and luxurious.

The facilities are exceptional, particularly the stunning rooftop bar and pool. Ideally located, the hotel provides easy access to the vibrant shops, charming cafes, lively bars, and beautiful beaches of Barcelona.

We had a corner room, which was beautifully decorated and clean. The bathroom was well appointed. The hotel is very central and the Reception staff, concierge and Bell Boys were all very helpful. In one case, a Bell Boy went about 200 m up the road to try to get a taxi for us. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the roof top terrace and had several meals there too.
